The Business Development Department has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Coordinator to join the very successful Business Development Team. We have an excellent reputation delivering both Employment and Skills and Apprenticeship provision and we now need someone to join the team to support this continued success.
You will have the responsibility to coordinate data systems and processes to ensure accurate recording and monitoring of all Adult and Apprenticeships provision using the college management information system to ensure College targets for successful and timely completion are met.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of coordinating projects, using information systems effectively to track the performance and outcome of students, and deal effectively with both students and employers. You will need to demonstrate good IT skills have sound organisational and analytical skills, be able to take speedy and remedial action as required. You should have excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively and contribute positively and creatively as part of a team.
