£33.40 per hour (including holiday pay) – Tutor Rate, £28.19 per hour (including holiday pay) – Teaching Rate, £21.59 per hour (including holiday pay) – Additional Duties Rates

Successful candidates will have extensive experience of teaching and assessing ESOL to 16-18s and adults across a range of levels. You will also be able to demonstrate a broad range of teaching strategies to support the needs of a diverse cohort to maximise outcomes. Additionally, you will have an in-depth knowledge of current issues relating to ESOL and to Further Education. You will have to sound organisational skills, your ability to work cooperatively and contribute positively and creatively to a team is also essential

You will also possess a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) plus an ESOL Subject Specialism and CELTA experience. Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team and contribute positively and creatively are also essential in this role.
